Welcome to Byermangev. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at byermangev.com (the "Website") and all related services, including the purchase and use of our educational courses and materials (collectively, the "Services").

All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change the prices of our Courses at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Payment processing services for Byermangev are provided by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these payment processors in addition to our Terms.
Upon successful purchase, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the purchased Course(s) for personal, non-commercial use.
Access to purchased Courses requires a registered Account. Course access is provided to the Account used to make the purchase and cannot be transferred to another Account or user.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, access to Courses is granted for the lifetime of the Course, meaning as long as Byermangev continues to offer the Course through its platform.

The Byermangev name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Byermangev or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
If you submit or post content to our Website (such as comments, reviews, or forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Website and Services.

The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by Byermangev of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Byermangev to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Byermangev regarding your use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Byermangev.
